🔤 The Covenant of Names

Throughout Scripture, God reveals Himself through names and reveals purpose through naming. From Adam ("earth-born") to Jesus ("Salvation"), every name carries divine significance.

💡 Hebrew Insight

In Hebrew thought, a name isn't just what you're called - it's who you are, your character, your destiny. When God gives someone a new name (Abram to Abraham, Jacob to Israel), He's revealing their true identity and calling.

"The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."

Remember: Just as God gave Adam the task of naming all the animals, and just as He carefully chose the name Jesus for His Son, He has carefully chosen your name and your path. Even when we feel lost, we are never beyond His reach or His purpose.
