Prepare an Envelope
Get two envelopes. On the first, write our address. On the second (the S.A.S.E.), write your own address and place a stamp on it.
Tell Us Your Name
Include a small note inside with the first name you would like on your free NameCard. Please print clearly!
Mail It to Us
Place your self-addressed, stamped envelope (S.A.S.E.) and your note inside the first envelope and mail it to us.
