How to order a WidePlaque
Ordering is Easy online or by phone!
The hardest part was finding this website. And now for the fun part! Just follow these easy steps, and in 5-10 days, you'll have a work of art in your mailbox, perfectly fashoned to encourage someone through the meaning of their name!

Online Ordering:
- Browse the WidePlaque menu on the upper-left to pick a category from the blue buttons, then scroll through any page to find a design that you like.
- Fill out the order form beneath the picture, with the name you want on the plaque, and any "extras" you'd like to add to the order, like a matching bookmark or a custom inscription. (WidePlaques can include 1, 2 or 3 names & meanings.)
- Once you add the WidePlaque to your cart, you can close the cart to shop some more, or click the yellow button to complete your order and checkout.
- PayPal will ask for your billing info, or if you don't like PayPal, you can enter "PayByPhone" into the discount code area to send us your order without entering any credit card info. Then all you need to do is call us with your payment details.

Feel free to call us or click the chatbox to see if we have the meaning of your last name in our database. If an appropriate meaning cannot be found, we can substitute the first names of your family members in place of the name meaning. If you would prefer this layout without a name meaning, just list your family member's names in the Notes section.
